We understand that each order is a special occasion, so we guarantee that your bouquet will be delivered on time and in perfect condition. Here are some key aspects of our flower delivery policy:
We perform delivery throughout Ukraine within 3 hours from the moment of order payment. Faster delivery is possible! Contact our managers for more detailed information. Exceptions may include complex compositions or baskets, the creation of which may require a little more time. Delivery can be made to a home address, work address, hotel, or restaurant. We can also arrange delivery without an address, through a preliminary phone call to the recipient.

Since flowers and fruit baskets are perishable products, the company reserves the right to change the composition and appearance of goods by 20-25%, while preserving the overall look and cost of components.
Delivery of orders is carried out at a convenient time for you. The time can be chosen in the shopping cart when placing an order. Deliveries can be made during the day (from 06:00 to 22:00) or during working hours (from 08:00 to 20:00), as well as in shorter time intervals (from 09:00 to 12:00, from 12:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 18:00, from 18:00 to 20:00). Additional payment is required for morning (from 06:00 to 08:00) and evening (from 20:00 to 22:00) deliveries. Orders for the current day are accepted until 18:00.
For expedited delivery of the order on the same day, we recommend making payment as soon as possible (preferably before afternoon). If the payment is received too late (in the evening of the recipient's time), we will have to move the delivery of your order to the next day.
Morning delivery (from 06:00 to 09:00) is accepted until 19:00 of the previous day. If you have paid for your order after 19:00 and delivery needs to be done the next morning, such deliveries can be postponed to a later time in consultation with the customer. Delivery to small towns and villages can be made during the day and is not available in the morning (from 06:00 to 08:00) or evening (from 20:00 to 22:00) times.
Please note that in case of absence of the recipient at the specified address and time, after a 15-minute wait, the courier is authorized to hand over the order to a reliable person (relative, neighbor, administrator, porter, etc., if the courier deems it possible!). If we are unable to contact you for further information about the delivery (no response to calls or emails), and it is not possible to pass the bouquet to someone else at the address, the bouquet will be returned by the courier to the office to clarify the situation. Re-delivery of the order requires an additional payment. If the customer refuses re-delivery, the order price will not be refunded, as the company has incurred expenses.
Holiday Delivery: To ensure timely delivery of your order on holidays such as February 14th or March 8th, it is recommended to place your order in advance.

Due to holiday workload, deliveries on holidays are made in the following time intervals: Morning - from 06:00 to 09:00, Day - from 09:00 to 18:00, Evening - from 18:00 to 22:00, through a preliminary phone call to the recipient.
We understand the importance of maintaining surprise, so we never announce what exactly will be delivered. As a rule, we are talking about the delivery of a parcel or registered letter. Be assured that your recipient will receive the gift with the utmost positive emotions! We try to accommodate all your wishes regarding the delivery time, but unfortunately, due to holiday workload, we cannot always guarantee 100% compliance.
